App Assurance provides ongoing maintenance and problem resolution services to keep your You.i TV developed App delivering an amazing experience in-market. The program provides on-going app maintenance and code-level support, OS-required updates and maintenance releases.

Extended Support Options

24 x 7 Critical Incident Program

Available as an add-on to Developer Assurance & Support and App Assurance & Support, the 24 x 7 Critical Incident Program provides extended hours of support coverage for critical production issues, coupled with accelerated response and resolution targets.

Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) program is your access to a senior technical resource with all the necessary development expertise and industry insights to drive long-term project success. With the TAM program, you will have a primary contact within You.i TV who will possess a detailed understanding of your technical and business requirements while acting as a trusted advisor to your key stakeholders.
