Extending the value of your Partnership with You.i TV

At You.i TV, we’re with you throughout your entire application lifecycle, from initial development to ongoing upkeep and evolution. Whether you’re an Application Developer or a Full-Service Client, we offer a suite of support options focused on ensuring you get the most out of You.i Engine every step of the way.

Product Maintenance:

Included with every You.i TV product license of You.i Engine, You.i Engine One and You.i Engine SDK, Product Maintenance provides ongoing access to updates and upgrades of your You.i TV Product. Should you encounter a problem with your You.i TV Product, you can contact our Client Support team who will research and diagnose your issue, provide any workarounds available and will log your issue to be considered for future releases of your You.i TV Product.

Developer Assurance & Support:

For independent Application Developers, we provide enhanced Developer Assurance & Support services to help accelerate your App development on You.i TV’s technology platform. The program provides Developer-to-Developer assistance and guidance, code-level issue investigation and advice on integrating common third party components, coupled with available maintenance releases of your You.i TV Product to address specific critical Products issues.

App Assurance & Support:

Building on our included Product Maintenance services, App Assurance provides ongoing maintenance and problem resolution services to keep your You.i TV developed App delivering an amazing experience in-market. The program provides diagnosis and resolution of technical issues identified in your You.i TV developed App and ongoing maintenance to ensure your App continues to perform to specification on updated Operating System platforms.

24 x 7 Critical Incident Program:

Available as an add-on to Product Maintenance, Developer Assurance & Support and App Assurance & Support, the 24 x 7 Critical Incident Program provides extended hours of support coverage, couples with accelerated response and resolution targets.

Technical Account Management Program:

Also available as an add=on to our core Product Maintenance, and Developer and App Assurance & Support, the Technical Account Management (TAM) Program provides access to a designated senior technical resource who will couple deep development and industry experience with knowledge of your technical and business environment to provide expedited and tailored support to help ensure your investment in You.i TV Products delivers the maximum value to your business.

All of our packages are backed by a team of skilled and experienced Software Developers who understand both You.i Engine and the Apps we develop. However you partner with You.i TV, we’re here to help you deliver success with You.i Engine.
