Quality from the ground up
To build truly great products we need to start by building an amazing team to deliver them. Here at You.i TV we pride ourselves on the quality of our team and this extends right through to the Client Support team which is comprised of some of our most experienced and skilled developers.
Customer Support Request survey
Once we’ve solved and closed your CSR, you will receive an automated survey asking you whether you were satisfied with the progress and resolution of your case and also providing space for you to provide your feedback. As we continually strive to provide the best service possible, it is incredibly valuable to us to hear your feedback so please do take the time to let us know how we did and where we can improve,
In order to get an understanding of how we’re doing across the full range of touch points with our clients, You.i TV have instituted a semi-annual Client Relationship Survey. This survey will give you the opportunity to tell us how we’re doing in all parts of the business from how your Account Manager is doing, to how well our Project team is meeting your needs, to how the Support team is working with you.
As with our CSR survey, this is incredibly valuable information for is and allows us to ensure we’re meeting our objective of being a great company to work with and providing you the solutions you need to delight your own customers.
