You.i TV Earns ‘Platinum-Level Best’ Ranking in Aon Best Employers Study

Nationwide Selection to Top 22 in Category Follows Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50 Honor

Ottawa, ON, Canada – Nov. 14 2017 – Just days after being named one of Canada’s outstanding technology companies, You.i TV, a global leader in video app experience platforms, has continued to earn recognition for the organizational culture that has underpinned its business success.

You.i TV has been named one of the top companies in its category in the Aon Best Employers in Canada Study, an evaluation of workplace engagement based on the opinions of almost 734,000 employees across approximately 500 Canadian organizations.  You.i TV was one of the top 22 Small- and Medium-Sized companies that achieved the Platinum-level Best Company ranking awarded selectively to the top 25% of those surveyed by Aon. The honor comes on the heels of You.i TV’s second straight berth in the Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50, based on the company’s five-year 499% increase in revenues.

Aon Best Employers are selected on the results of an in-depth engagement survey of company executives and employees. According to Aon, the results of this year’s survey highlight engagement factors that make Best Employers “much more effective at attracting, retaining and engaging high performers through disruptive times.” The study confirmed that Platinum-level Best Employers such as You.i TV are significantly more effective in equipping employees to perform work tasks (Enabling Work), as well as in such areas as senior leadership, employee development, recognition, and support for future career opportunities.

As a Company, we feel very strongly that if our people love their work, their environment, and the culture we’ve created, there’s no upper limit to what our team can achieve.

said Heather Tyrie, Vice President of Employee Experience for You.i TV.

The Aon Award is great recognition for the commitment that has powered our success and motivation to keep investing in our people.
